New Venture Capital Fund by Gil Dibner Aims to Raise $25 Million
London-based Angular Ventures intends to invest in Israel and Europe-based early-stage companies that focus on the US market, according to a report

London-based Angular Ventures, a new venture capital firm led by venture capitalist Gil Dibner, is planning to raise a $25 million debut fund, according to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) submitted by Mr. Dibner last week.
Mr. Dibner, a twenty-year veteran investor, previously held positions at Index Ventures, Goldman Sachs, and Gemini Israel Ventures.

The establishment of the new fund was first reported by Axios on Thursday.

Angular Ventures intends to invest in Israel and Europe-based early-stage companies that focus on the U.S. market, according to Axios.
Angular Ventures’ portfolio companies include Tel Aviv-based code optimization startup Bit, also known as CoCycles Ltd.

Mr. Dibner has been approached for comment but has yet to respond.
