Mov.AI Raises $3 Million From Viola Ventures, NFX

Mov.AI develops an artificial intelligence operating system designed to turn industrial machines into collaborative autonomous robots

Machine automation startup Ground Drone Ltd., which is operating under the name MOV.AI, raised $3 million in Seed from Israeli early-stage venture fund Viola Ventures and San Francisco-based venture capital firm NFX, Mov.AI announced Monday. Founded in 2015 by Limor Schweitzer, Mov.AI develops an operating system designed to turn machines into autonomous robots, enabling affordable deployment of autonomous robot fleets for industrial use. Mov.AI’s operating systems features autonomous navigation, fleet management, mapping, obstacle avoidance, and cyber protection.
