Customer Behavior Analytics Company Clicktale Appoints New CEO
Shlomi Hagai joined the company in August 2018 as chief financial officer

Customer behavior analytics company Clicktale Ltd. has recently appointed a new CEO. The company confirmed to Calcalist that Shlomi Hagai, who joined the company in August 2018 as chief financial officer, has assumed the position in February. Before joining Clicktale, Hagai was the chief financial officer of Israeli mobile marketing company Celltick Technologies Inc.
Tuval Chomut, the company’s CEO since 2015, is no longer with the company.
Founded in 2006 with offices in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, and London, Clicktale develops and markets user behaviour analytics software for websites. The company raised $70 million to date, from investors including Amadeus Capital Partners and KKR & Co. (Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.). The company currently employs 240 people, 150 of them in Israel.
Clients include the Royal Bank of Scotland, Visa, Office Depot, Samsung, Vodafone, and Lufthansa Group.
