Tel Aviv-based cybersecurity startup Vulcan Cyber Ltd. has raised a $10 million funding round, the company announced Wednesday. The round was led by Boston-based Ten Eleven Ventures LLC, with participation from Tel Aviv-based venture capital firm YL Ventures GP Ltd.
