Palo Alto, California-based medtech startup Hello Heart Inc. has raised $12 million in a series B funding round led by Khosla Ventures, the former announced Tuesday. The latest investment brings Hello Heart’s total funding raised to date to $23 million.

Founded in 2013 by two Israeli entrepreneurs, Hello Heart develops a device that tests blood pressure and blood sugar levels and helps patients track and monitor their health, drug intake, and physical exercise through a dedicated mobile app.
Existing investors Maven Ventures, BlueRun Ventures China Co. Ltd., and Resolute Ventures also participated.
