Israeli Hotel Chain Fattal Acquires 20% Stake in Digital Skills Training School Create

Create offers training courses for topics including user experience design, product management, digital design, and software development

Israeli hotel chain Fattal Hotels Ltd., a subsidiary of Tel Aviv-listed holding company Fattal Holdings (1998) Ltd., has acquired a 20% stake in Create, a vocational training center for the digital realm, the former announced Monday. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

 

Founded in 2016, Create offers training courses on topics including user experience design, product management, digital design, and software development.

Founded in 1998, Fattal is one of Israel’s largest hotel chains, with over 190 hotels in 17 countries. The company’s brands include Herods Hotels, Leonardo Hotels, and U Hotels.
