OTC-listed Bright Mountain Media Inc. has acquired Herzliya-based digital advertising company S&W Media Group, incorporated as Slutzky & Winshman Ltd., for more than $23 million, the former announced Monday. As part of the acquisition, Nadav Slutsky,Joey Winshman, and Eli Desatnik, S&W's founders, will join Bright Mountain's board of directors, the company said.
Founded in 2015, S&W employs a team of 22 in Herzliya, in central Israel, according to company statements. The company has not raised any funds to date, and reported revenues of approximately $13 million in 2018.
