Israeli Health Logistics Company Novolog Acquires Appointment Booking Company Odoro

Tel Aviv-listed health logistics company Novolog (Pharm-Up 1966) Ltd. announced Monday that its fully-owned subsidiary, Infomed Digital Health Ltd., has agreed to acquire a 71%-75% stake in Israeli doctor’s appointment booking company Odoro Systems Ltd. The deal, which is pending regulatory approval and the meeting of several milestones, is valued at NIS 18-19 million (between $5.1 million and $5.4 million).
Novolog CEO Eran Taus told Calcalist Monday that as part of the deal, Infomed will gain exclusive rights to use Odoro’s assets in Israel, which includes several dedicated websites and thousands of active users. The digital appointment-booking service will complete the services Infomed offers its clients, Taus said.
Novolog offers logistics services to medical establishments such as pharmacies and hospitals. Its subsidiary, Infomed, operates a digital platform offering medical information and services to patients and doctors, reporting 1 million users per month.
