After long years of losing out to global multinationals on the issue of global taxation, it was one man who managed to unit 100 governments in an effort to change taxation regulation, according to Dina Pasca-Raz, a partner at KPMG Somekh Chaikin, the Israel branch of international accounting firm KPMG LLP. At Calcalist’s third Mind the Tech conference in London, Pasca-Rax spoke about Pascal Saint-Amans, the director of the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, and about current trends in global taxation.
