Real Estate Data Startup Localize.city Leases New Tel Aviv Offices

Real estate data startup Localize.city has leased a 1,600-square-meter office in east Tel Aviv, the company announced Sunday. Localize.city’s new space was leased for a period of ten years at an annual rate of approximately NIS 2.2 million ($620,000).
Localize.city currently employs 180 people in Israel and the U.S., according to company statements. The company intends to grow its team in order to expand its service to additional U.S. cities Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
Localize.city was founded in 2016 as the U.S. subsidiary of Israel-based urban data company Madlan. The company draws information from public, commercial, and private databases to supply users with insights regarding future building plans, pollution, and traffic issues.
