Israeli tax refund startup ReFundit Ltd. has raised a $10 million in a series A funding round, the company announced Thursday. The round was led by Amadeus Ventures, with participation from Portugal Ventures.
Founded in 2017 by Waze co-founder Uri Levin and by CEO Ziv Tirosh, ReFundit develops an app that digitizes and simplifies the process of obtaining tax refunds for tourists. The company employs a team of 15 people in Tel Aviv and Belgium and has raised $12.5 million to date.
