Tel Aviv-based cybersecurity startup Panorays Ltd. has raised a $15 million series A funding round, the company announced Wednesday. The round was led by Connecticut-based venture capital firm Oak HC/FT Partners LLC, with participation from previous investors Aleph Venture Capital and Lane Bess, the former CEO of Palo Alto Networks Inc.
