Tel Aviv-based staff management startup Ubeya, incorporated as Contacit Ltd., has raised a $3.5 million series A funding round, the company announced Thursday. The round was led by Israel Cleantech Ventures (ICV), with participation from Nasdaq-listed software company Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. and existing investor Magma Ventures.

Founded in 2017, Ubeya develops a staff management service for companies that enables managers to process time-off and shift trade requests, and includes a mobile punch clock and automated payroll reports. The company has raised $5 million to date.
