“The more that Fintech will mature, the more impact it will have”
Speaking at Calcalist’s FinTech2021 conference, CEO and co-founder of Sunbit, Arad Levertov, discusses how the sector can change the world.

“At the end of the day, technology is changing the world in many places,” said Arad Levertov, CEO and co-founder of Sunbit when speaking at Calcalist’s FinTech2021 conference. “In Fintech, it took a little bit more time compared to Adtech because there is more regulation and they’re traditional industries. But I think the more that Fintech will mature, the more impact it will have.”
Sunbit is a ‘buy now, pay later’ company that allows customers to buy now and pay later over time. In May 2021, the company raised $130 million and is today valued at over one billion dollars - making it one of Israel’s newest unicorns. According to Levertov, there is plenty of space to expand.
“The market is huge, and we want to add as much value as we can for the merchant, in our case, healthcare providers and car repair, and to customers,” he concluded.
