What does the company do?

Citi Israel Innovation Lab is the strategic technology hub for Citi worldwide. In its decade of operation since 2011, the Innovation Lab has cultivated a thriving FinTech community in Israel. We develop technologies designed to serve Citi’s international customers in a range of areas, with an emphasis on solutions in the worlds of data, AI, blockchain and cyber security. In light of the Lab’s success and its emergence as a strategic asset of the global organization, Citi launched a unique Accelerator Program in 2013. To date, the Accelerator has helped over 110 startups who raised more than $2B; 20 equity transactions (IPO, FO, PIPEs, and Private Placement) for the last 12 months. In addition, Citi has expanded its activity in the field of VC investments, so far in 14 Israeli startups in the fields of Fintech and Cyber.

Last year, Citi expanded its operations in Israel and opened a new R&D group to develop new tools and services for Citi developers worldwide. The new Engineering Architecture Practices group is a team of experts aiming to transform the working environment of the tens of thousands of developers in Citi and provide them with a smooth approach to developing and scaling software across the many different technologies Citi supports.

At Kiryat Atidim and at Azrieli Sarona in Tel Aviv. There is a hybrid work structure.
