Keren Herscovici has been appointed VP Finance and Corporate Development at agentic AI security startup Zenity.
Herscovici, who served as a finance leader at Panorays, Cato Networks, and Check Point, brings extensive experience in financial strategy and operations, particularly within the cybersecurity and SaaS B2B sectors. In her most recent role, she served as CFO at Panorays, overseeing finance, legal, and business operations. Prior to that, she held senior financial positions at Check Point and Cato Networks, as well as consulting roles at PwC.
“I am so energized to be joining Zenity. As the company at the forefront of securing AI Agents we are poised to grow and scale the business to continue providing value to our customers,” Herscovici said. “With innovative technology, strong backing from current Fortune 500 customers, and a team of brilliant, forward-thinking individuals, Zenity is uniquely positioned to lead in this rapidly growing market. It’s an exciting time to be part of a mission that is both impactful and transformative.”
Zenity was founded in 2021 by CEO Ben Kliger and CTO Michael Bargury. The company has raised over $55 million dollars, including their latest Series B round of fundraising, which was co-led by Third Point Ventures and DTCP.
Outside of the office, Herscovici is passionate about promoting women leadership in Israel and has co-founded Woman2Woman, a program within the 8200 Alumni Association. After serving in the 8200 unit herself, she saw a lack of representation in executive positions and now works hands-on with up and comers to provide mentorship and guidance to drive change. She is also currently a board member of the 8200 Alumni Association. Herscovici holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and an EMBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program.
