Nir Kalfon, Founder and COO at Lazzy, spoke to CTech about how online customers have changed over the years.
“We’ve been in this delivery, on-demand, puzzle-solving business for the last 3-4 years. The one thing we did learn is that it is so dynamic,” explained Nir Kalfon, Founder and COO at Lazzy. “It is moving so fast, it is changing so fast.”
Lazzy is an end-to-end technology platform that allows businesses to onboard and manage their own e-commerce and delivery system all in one place. It provides all of the tools for them to run it under one integrated system which, Kalfon claims, is highly flexible and highly scalable for businesses of any size.
“Customer tolerance is changing, customer know-how and how they used to spend is evolving and changing all the time,” he continued. “This is the main reason that Lazzy is built in such a way - to allow those small micro managements to occur in an affordable way and not waste time reacting to those changes.”
