Clickto: “Everybody really loves learning, even if they don't say that”
Dotan Tamir, Co-Founder and CEO at Clickto, spoke to CTech about how companies can upskill their workforces remotely

“The workspace has changed. People work remotely, people work from different sites, they work from home, or in the office sometimes,” said Dotan Tamir, Co-Founder and CEO at Clickto. “But training used to be that trainers would come to the office, have a class, and everyone would sit there and then do their job - that doesn't happen anymore.”
Clickto helps companies upskill their employees through virtual classes. Anyone from sales professionals, managers, to product developers can join online cohorts made up of professionals from a variety of companies. Together, they can learn skills that are considered essential in today’s ever-changing workforce.
“You see a community being created between those people so they can actually support each other but also really transform their work,” Tamir continued. “Everybody really loves learning, even if they don't say that.”
