env0 appoints Steve Corndell as Chief Operation Officer
"Steve has an acute understanding of our technology and a unique track record of driving revenue growth for global organizations in our sector,” said CEO Ohad Maislish
Infrastructure-as-Code management company env0 has appointed Steve Corndell to serve as Chief Operation Officer. In the role, he will oversee the company’s go-to-market strategy and accelerate revenue trajectory. The company raised a $35 million Series A round in March 2023.
“Joining env0, the first thing that struck me was the sheer amount of value we’re able to deliver to our customers," said Corndell. "Customer obsession is a term thrown around a lot, but the genuine commitment this team has to customer satisfaction, and the candid enthusiasm it met with, are truly exceptional. This commitment, I believe, is our secret sauce - a way for us to stay aligned with the latest market trends and needs, and a powerful motivation for execution excellence."
Corndell joins env0 with more than 15 years of experience in cloud technology. In his most recent role, he served as CRO at Turbonomic, a cloud performance and cost optimization company acquired by IBM for $2 billion in 2021. As COO now, he will join the company's executive committee and oversee its market share expansion strategy and its sales, business development, and customer success teams. He will be operating from its recently established headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts.
"We are thrilled to welcome Steve to our leadership team as we enter our next phase of growth," added CEO Ohad Maislish. "Steve has an acute understanding of our technology and a unique track record of driving revenue growth for global organizations in our sector. His expertise will prove invaluable as we continue to expand our market presence."
env0 helps enterprises manage Infrastructure-as-Code at scale and supports Terraform, Pulumi, Kubernetes, and OpenTofu, which the company co-founded in August 2023 as a Terraform alternative. It works with businesses such as VMware, PayPal, MongoDB, and Western Union, among others.
