Adi Dangot Zukovsky joins Ibex Investors as partner following fund’s leadership shift
The former Battery Ventures and Goldman Sachs executive steps in after Ibex raised a fresh $106M early-stage fund and $40M secondary fund.
The American investment fund Ibex Investors has appointed Adi Dangot Zukovsky as a partner. Her appointment follows the retirement of Nicole Priel, a former partner, at the beginning of the year, and the transition of Gal Gitter to focus solely on the fund’s secondary investments. With Nicole’s departure and Gal’s shift in focus, questions arose about Ibex’s continued operations in Israel. However, Adi’s appointment reaffirms the fund’s long-term commitment to the country.
Ibex Investors stands out in the local investment landscape. It is an American fund led by founder Justin Borus, who has chosen to allocate all of its capital exclusively to Israel.

Adi, who joins the fund’s Tel Aviv office, will work alongside local partner Aaron Rinberg, with whom she collaborated closely during their seven years together at venture capital firm Battery Ventures.
“Having grown to approximately $1 billion in assets, Ibex is at a significant juncture and is poised to enter the next phase of its growth,” said Adi Dangot Zukovskyi. “I see a strong foundation in the U.S. that brings great value to Israel. Through my experience at global organizations such as Goldman Sachs and Battery Ventures, I believe I can help Israeli entrepreneurs expand into international markets, particularly the U.S.,” she added.
Before joining Ibex, Adi worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and later transitioned into venture capital at Battery Ventures, where she spent most of her career. At Battery, she specialized in early-stage and growth investments across various sectors. She was later appointed as a partner at the 10D fund before joining Ibex.
“We are pleased to welcome Adi as a new partner. Her diverse experience, spanning investment banking and venture capital, aligns well with our strategic goals,” said Justin Borus, Founder and CEO of Ibex.
Ibex has been investing in Israeli startups at various stages—from seed to IPO and beyond—for over a decade. In February 2024, the firm announced the completion of its second early-stage fund dedicated to Israel, totaling $106 million. This followed the launch of its first early-stage Israel-focused fund in 2020, which raised $100 million. The new fund focuses on investments in enterprise software and B2B SaaS startups.
Since the beginning of 2024, Ibex has made nine new investments in early-stage Israeli startups. In December 2024, the firm announced the closing of an additional $40 million fund dedicated to secondary investments in Israel.
