Noname Security founder launches Unframe with $30M Series A to transform enterprise AI

Shay Levi’s new startup, which previously raised an undisclosed $20M Seed round, has developed an all-in-one AI platform to replace legacy software with rapid, tailored solutions.

Unframe, an AI platform promising to radically accelerate enterprise AI adoption, has emerged from stealth with a $30 million Series A round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, TLV Partners, Craft Ventures, Third Point Ventures, SentinelOne Ventures, and Cerca Partners. The latest funding follows a previously undisclosed $20 million Seed round, bringing Unframe’s total capital raised to $50 million.
The company, founded by Noname Security co-founder Shay Levi, aims to upend the way enterprises deploy AI by delivering customized, fully operational AI solutions in hours rather than months. While most companies grapple with complex and expensive AI rollouts, Unframe offers a streamlined, plug-and-play approach that eliminates long development cycles.

The company is led by a seasoned team with a track record of building and scaling successful enterprises. Levi previously co-founded Noname Security, which reached $40 million ARR before being acquired by Akamai for $500 million in under four years. Unframe’s COO, Larissa Schneider, and VP of R&D, Adi Azarya, bring deep expertise in scaling businesses, leading IPOs, and developing enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Despite launching less than a year ago, Unframe said it has already secured dozens of large enterprise clients worldwide and is generating millions in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
“Our AI solutions are designed to do more than just optimize workflows—they challenge the outdated enterprise software model,” said CEO and co-founder Shay Levi. “For too long, companies eager to innovate have been held back by costly, rigid software and consulting-heavy services. We’re changing that by offering a platform that delivers enterprise-ready AI on demand, without the traditional barriers.”
Unframe provides a highly flexible AI infrastructure that integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Its platform allows businesses to deploy AI for any use case without restrictions on users, queries, or integrations. Notably, Unframe ensures that customer data remains within their own secure environments, addressing one of the biggest concerns surrounding enterprise AI adoption.
The company’s business model also stands out—customers don’t pay until they see real impact. “We make AI implementation risk-free,” Levi added. “Our customers experience measurable results before they commit financially.”
The company’s long-term vision is to become the go-to AI partner for global enterprises, replacing the need for multiple vendors and costly, fragmented solutions. “Enterprise AI doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive,” Levi said. “We’re proving that businesses can deploy powerful, customized AI solutions without the hassle—and we’re just getting started.”
