Prior to joining DTC, Barrel was a Principal at Vintage, where he led primary and secondary investments in VC funds and growth-stage startups across the U.S., Europe, and Israel.
Dell Technologies Capital venture fund has announced the appointment of Barrel Kfir as a Partner. As a Partner at DTC Barrel will be investing in Europe and Israel, leading rounds in early-stage technology companies that fall across the full spectrum of enterprise software with a focus on cybersecurity and enterprise infrastructure.
Barrel has an extensive experience of over eight years of investments in the sectors of cybersecurity, Enterprise infrastructure, AI, Deep tech, and more from early to growth stages. Prior to joining DTC, Barrel was a Principal at Vintage, where he led primary and secondary investments in VC funds and growth-stage startups across the U.S., Europe, and Israel. Before that, Barrel was an early-stage investor at JVP.
Since its inception in 2012, DTC has backed 170 startups including Arista Networks, Cylance, VAST Data, JFrog, MongoDB, Netskope, Nutanix, Guardicore, Redis, VDOO, Twistlock, Xometry, and Zscaler. DTC has offices in Palo Alto (HQ), Boston, and Israel.
