Former GLZ Radio editor-in-chief Galit Altstein joining Bloomberg’s Israel bureau
Before overseeing GLZ, Galit ran the newsroom for the business daily Calcalist and, prior to that, served as the long-time head of news for GLZ
Former GLZ Radio editor-in-chief Galit Altstein is joining Bloomberg’s Israel bureau as a reporter covering the intersection of economics and government. Altstein, who was most recently editor-in-chief of GLZ Radio (Army Public Radio), will draw on a quarter-century of experience to focus on economic and foreign policy, the central bank and key issues in Israel's financial, political and social landscape.
Before overseeing GLZ, Galit ran the newsroom for the business daily Calcalist and, prior to that, served as the long-time head of news for GLZ. Born in Israel, Galit earned a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
