Israel Secondary Fund (ISF) is a tech secondary fund that manages $500M across three funds. ISF has purchased shares in tech companies from investors, entrepreneurs, executives, and employees, as well as stakes in funds from Limited Partners, since 2009. Over the years, ISF has invested, directly and indirectly, in more than 220 companies through over 90 secondary transactions. The fund’s strategy has yielded over 70 exits, including Solaredge, Waze, MyHeritage, and V-Wave.
"With a fresh $350 million fund, we have tripled our pace of investments in the last quarter relative to previous years," said Dror Glass, Managing Partner at ISF. "Ophir will help us continue to double down, and with his track record as a VC investor, as well as experience as an executive in leading tech companies, he is perfectly positioned to do so vis-a-vis both companies and funds."
"I am thrilled to join ISF and believe there is a great opportunity ahead of us. Exits in recent years have taken longer than ever, leaving stakeholders with the need for liquidity in the interim. As a result, we see strong demand in the market for our offering from both tech companies and investors. Beyond this, I am thrilled to work with the phenomenal team at ISF," said Reshef.
