“To work with such a large company as Sodexo, you need to really find the solution that will support and bring value to the business,” said the company’s Group Innovation SVP, Neta Meir. “So it could be from food ingredients, a solution that can support CSR efforts, something for the frontline employees, or it could be different solutions that can save power… the variety in the range is huge.”
Meir made the remarks to CTech's Ariela Karmel at the Israel Business Delegation in Paris where companies and industries connected to discuss how to foster innovation and growth. Sodexo is one of the largest food services companies in the world operating in 45 countries and with more than 430,000 employees.
“You need to be unique and you need to have a very specific value proposition that can fit what we are looking for,” she continued. “Sometimes the solution is very nice and shiny, but at the end of the day, it's more complicated to really demonstrate the value to the company.”
