“The October 7 tragic events affected us in a few ways, some of our team are now in Miluim [army service], and it's always there,” said Dean Stern, Co-Founder at Flex Mobile Storage. “We are now dealing with this like everyone else but we need to keep going as a company and continue to grow and reach our goals.”
Stern was speaking at the Roadshow+ event in Tel Aviv, where 18 companies were pitching their ideas to investors from Israel and around the world. The company aims to bring the self-storage industry into the future through a smart and mobile storage room, bringing it directly to consumers ‘at a click of a button’. Founded in 2020, Flex operates mostly in Florida but maintains Israel as its base for R&D and to optimize its operations.
“We are Israeli at our core even though the team is basically working out of the U.S. We are always Israeli at the end of the day,” he added.
