"When it comes to managing properties on a technology basis, there is no real platform that handles everything from A-Z," Dvir Milo CTO of Home365, told CTech at Prop Tech Tel Aviv, explaining the need for the services his company provides. "We are introducing that technology."
Powered by a machine-learning proprietary underwriting engine, Home365, predicts maintenance, repairs, and various resident-related events, while generating a monthly fixed premium fee that guarantees the Net Operating Income (NOI) for a given asset. Home365 offers a one stop shop platform that covers all business process related with day to day property management and gives their owners, tenant and service providers a tech based product that enables them a transparent and efficient access to every day tasks.
When asked if Israel could go from being known as the 'startup nation' to the 'proptech nation' Milo said, "I think it's certainly a possibility as there are many Israeli players involved in the proptech industry, like Compass, which is a $2 billion company, and many others too. The industry keeps growing and growing, so yes, we are well on our way to becoming the 'proptech nation'."
