Airwallex sees Israel as a key player in the GenAI space

“AI is driving everything in the business ecosystem these days. And Airwallex plays a significant part in that here in Israel, both on the business side and also on the venture side, looking at interesting opportunities. When we think about it, the possibility to connect to the ecosystem here and grow our customer base and our product enrichment opportunities is key for us in the region.”
Airwallex is a finance operating system for global businesses. It helps users collect money and send it globally. Or Liban, its Managing Director in Israel and the Middle East, spoke to CTech about some of the benefits of penetrating such a lucrative market while protecting the personal information of customers.
“It's all about data,” he continued. “If you have the right data and you use the models correctly, the generative AI algorithm can help you analyze cases pretty quickly and identify trends that are similar in other cases. And then you're able to act on that and keep the businesses that you have on your platform safer.
