SQLINK acquires Interjet for $680,000
The acquisition expands the digital field in SQLINK and adds to the group's solutions a number of complementary products that will be used by its customers
SQLINK group has acquired Interjet as part of the expansion of the group's digital activities in the amount of NIS 2.5 million (approximately ($680,000).
Interjet specializes in planning, designing and developing digital products, cloud-based internet system architecture, planning and designing user interfaces, building e-commerce websites, and maintaining internet systems.
As part of the move, Adir Lombroso, the founder of Interjet, who currently also serves as a senior consultant in the field of customer experience and technology at the Ministry of Finance, will be integrated into the SQLINK group in the position of a solutions architect. As part of his role, he will accompany the business units and customers in new processes with an emphasis on the digital, cyber and AI worlds. Interjet’s other employees will not be joining SQLINK.
