Sarona Ventures appoints Shai Goel as Associate & Senior Analyst

Sarona Ventures has announced the appointment of Shai Goel to the position of Associate and Senior Analyst at the fund. As part of his position, Goel will be responsible for market research, the due diligence processes, and the ongoing communication with various parties in the ecosystem.
Goel, (25), made ‘Aliyah’ to Israel at the age of 15 as part of a Naaleh program. He has a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship and management from Reichman University. In the last three years, he held several positions in the SigmaLabs acceleration program, and in the last two years, he served as the director of the program.
As part of managing the program, he worked with over a hundred companies from Israel and the world and worked with many corporations in Israel and abroad.
"As someone who grew up both in Israel and the United States, I greatly appreciate Israeli innovation and am excited to be part of the Israeli ecosystem,” said Goel. “The new position at Sarona Ventures is a privilege for me, out of a commitment to nurturing startups and promoting Israeli entrepreneurs and investors."

Sarona Ventures, is an international VC fund established by the Sharona Partners group, with headquarters in Israel and a presence in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia. The fund was founded in 2019 as an evolution of the family investment fund of the Bouaziz family and has so far invested in more than 90 companies.
