Finout appoints Idan Bauer as VP Engineering
Before joining Finout, Bauer served as CTO at Dynamic Yield, owned by MasterCard, and before that, as R&D Director at Micro Focus.
Finout, a company developing an enterprise-grade FinOps platform for managing and governing cloud infrastructure costs, has announced that it has appointed Idan Bauer as VP of Engineering.

"Idan is exactly the person we need to continue our rapid growth and double our development team over the coming year."
Before joining Finout, Bauer served as CTO at Dynamic Yield, owned by MasterCard, and before that, as R&D Director at Micro Focus. While there, he managed international teams in developing new products and managed an R&D team at HP.
Finout was founded in 2021 by Roi Ravhon (CEO), Asaf Liveanu (CPO), and Yizhar Gilboa (CTO). It offers a modern FinOps solution designed to address the complexities of managing cloud expenses for enterprises and currently serves companies including Lyft, The New York Times, Choice Hotels, Wiz, AppsFlyer, Orca Security, SiriusXM, Riskified, and others. It has raised $45 million from Red Dot Capital, Maor Investments, Team8, Pitango First, and Jibe. It currently employs 70 people.
