“By co-selling, co-marketing, and co-developing products, Microsoft has managed to do so much more than just the original software,” said Naomi Dreifuss, Founder and CEO at Zugit. “The problem is, with partnerships, many companies struggle because managing, growing, and entertaining partnerships is a tough job. Within the last few years, there's been an explosion of tools created to help people create partnerships but they don't talk to one another.”
Dreifuss spoke to CTech at Microsoft’s AIsrael 2024 regarding partnerships, and how her company Zugit uses AI to help foster them more easily. “We founded Zugit to make them talk to one another and create a single source of truth where companies know who to partner with, and how to manage the partnerships.”
Of course, the use of AI changes the way this can be achieved. “A lot of people are very hesitant when it comes to bringing AI into these kinds of relationships,” she continued. “We've found ways to create great insights about your partnership, what you can be doing better for each other, and hearing the feedback - knowing how to put something into a workflow and not just kind of nodding your head… And that's really what powers partnerships forward.”
