Innocom from the Aman Group acquires Israeli company Webiscope

The price of the acquisition remains undisclosed but appears to be in the region of millions of Israeli shekels

Innocom, the product distribution company from the Aman Group, has announced that it has purchased Webiscope, an Israeli company in the field of observability. The total sum of the acquisition was not disclosed but it is understood to be in the region of millions of shekels. The news was also partnered with the announcement that the Aman Group intends to recruit 100 additional employees in the coming months in the areas of development personnel, cyber developers, analysts, and more.
“We were looking for a strategic partner who would expand the company's approach to the local and international enterprise market and help us advance the company to the next stage in its business development,” said Sharon Priel, CEO of Webiscope. “Combining forces with Innocom from the Aman group creates a powerful synergy that will be reflected in the combination of solutions offered by Webiscope together with the size and industry connections of the Aman group.”

Webiscope was founded by Priel in 2013 and Yaniv Levy, the VP of Technology. It helps companies enable end-to-end monitoring and analytics capabilities (Full Stack) that include the network, infrastructure, cloud, applications, end-user experience, machine learning models, and more. Innocom provides cloud data management and protection solutions in the areas of cyber, infrastructure, and communication. Its annual activity is estimated to beat more than NIS 200 million ($49.5 million).

The Aman Group currently employs 4,000 people, most of them in Israel. It has an additional 1,000 employees in activity centers across Europe and in the company's development centers in Poland, Hungary, and Portugal, which provide external technology services to all companies in Israel.
