ProWoman appoints Michal Kissos Hertzog and Keren Terner to its Board of Directors

ProWoman has announced that it has appointed Poalim Tech CEO Michal Kissos Hertzog and Vintage Venture Capital Chief Operating Partner Keren Terner to its Board of Directors. They will join the existing board of directors, which includes Shanny Harel and Linoy Katzav, the association's co-founders; Esther Barak Landes, President of the Association; Limor Shofman Gutman, Chairman of the Association; Michal Hameiri, committee member; and Danielle Zager, who serves as the organization's CEO.
"I am excited to join this important association and work with its outstanding women. I look forward to meeting and getting to know tomorrow's leadership," said Kissos Hertzog. Terner added: "Vintage invests great efforts in diversifying the high-tech sector with underrepresented populations, through various initiatives. I am proud to join Prowoman's board of directors and to be part of the effort to create a future in which women are leaders and influencers in all areas of the economy, especially in the high-tech industry."

ProWoman is an Israeli association dedicated to the advancement and encouragement of women in the economy to develop significant careers in leadership and influence positions. cooperates with the world's largest corporations, such as the chip giant NVIDIA. It operates a program in academic institutions designed for students with managerial, leadership, and entrepreneurial potential and operates in 15 leading academic institutions in Israel and New York. ProWoman’s alumni network has over 4,000 alumni.
Israel has seen its share of women CEOs or chairmen of the board of directors of public companies plummet to 3.5% from 8.1% in 2018. That same year, women constituted almost 15% of chairmen, while in 2023 the figure dropped to only 5.6%.
