With the outbreak of the Iron Sword War, and as soon as the magnitude of the disaster and the enormous need for assistance to civilians became clear, the companies Fiverr and HiBob initiated the establishment of the "One Heart" high-tech emergency room, which became a civilian aid organization, operating dozens of operations rooms throughout the country, with tens of thousands of volunteers. In the Situation Room, the efforts of the organizations to assist through technology are concentrated in handling and managing thousands of requests for help and assistance with equipment and food, hospitality, logistics and mental health help, which flow to the organization, which has become a central conduit connecting those in need with volunteers and donors.
The organization has deployed a fleet of tens of thousands of volunteers, who are busy analyzing the thousands of requests that come from the public in need of help at any given moment, such as organizing and financing the expenditure of 500 people evacuated from Ofakim, including about 300 children who experienced the inferno, to the Club Inn and Selina resorts in Eilat and the surrounding area, for two weeks.
The war room is now working to recruit additional partners and donations, to expand the scope of support and awareness, and to provide an immediate response to requests as much as possible.
