Wiz invests tens of millions of dollars in new Tel Aviv headquarters

The cybersecurity firm expands its footprint with a 5,500 square meter complex in Sarona.

Cybersecurity firm Wiz is set to open a new headquarters in Tel Aviv’s Sarona district later this year. The office complex, spanning approximately 5,500 square meters over five floors on Arania Osvaldo Street, is estimated to cost tens of millions of dollars and will integrate high-end workspaces with a range of facilities designed to enhance the employee experience.
The new headquarters will include office floors, a gym, a nursing room, and a rooftop event space. The complex will also feature a restaurant floor run by Ruthie Brodo’s R2M Group, with additional kitchenettes on each office level. A conservation building adjacent to the main structure will serve as the primary entrance, housing guest rooms and interview spaces.

Wiz’s decision to invest heavily in office space comes at a time when many tech firms are reducing their real estate footprints, shifting toward hybrid or remote work models, and cutting costs amid economic uncertainty. In contrast, Wiz’s new headquarters suggests confidence in both its growth trajectory and the long-term importance of physical workspaces for collaboration and corporate culture.
Founded in 2020, Wiz has rapidly established itself as a major player in cloud security, with more than 45% of Fortune 100 companies using its platform. The firm has raised $1.9 billion from investors, most recently at a valuation of $12 billion. Its growth has been accompanied by high-profile acquisitions, including Dazz, Gem Security, and Raftt, and a reported annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $500 million.
