Yohan Kadoche acquires control of Sigma Clarity Investment House from ANDBANK and Clarity Capital Group
Kadoche, who recently served as CEO of Psagot Investment House, purchased a 52% stake in Sigma Clarity, which manages assets worth approximately NIS 10 billion
Yohan Kadoche, who recently served as CEO of Psagot Investment House, has acquired a controlling 52% stake of Sigma Clarity Investment House from European bank ANDBANK and Clarity Capital Group.
Sigma Clarity manages assets worth approximately NIS 10 billion (approximately $2.72 billion).
Following the completion of the transaction, ANDBANK and Clarity Capital will continue to hold shares of Sigma Clarity, and their ongoing business collaboration with Sigma Clarity is expected to continue.
The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval in Israel and Europe and is expected to be finalized within a few months.

Sigma Clarity specializes in portfolio management domestically and globally, alternative investments, mutual funds management, pension planning agency, and more. Sigma Clarity was formed in 2023 following the merger of the long-established investment firm Sigma, founded in 1993 by Prof. Dan Galai, with Clarity, specializing in managing wealth for high-net-worth clients.
Kadoche brings over 25 years of managerial experience in the Israeli and European capital markets, having served as the CEO of Psagot Investment House and CEO of Psagot Securities. Previously, Kadoche served as the the CEO of More Magna AM (from the More Investment House group), the CEO of Meitav Dash Brokerage, and the founder and the CEO of Camalia Capital Markets, which merged with Meitav Dash.
