Shield, a leading AI-driven compliance and risk management platform for financial services, has appointed Tal Raziel-Yosef as Chief People Officer and Adi Yaari-Fubini as Chief Customer Officer.
Raziel-Yosef most recently served as Chief People Officer at Dynamic Yield, where she supported the company’s rapid international growth, led its acquisition by Mastercard, and successfully managed the integration of global teams.

Yaari-Fubini previously served as Chief Customer Officer at Priority Software and held leadership roles at ProQuest, Ex Libris, and Deltathree.
