“What Loox has accomplished as a bootstrapped company is truly remarkable,” says Shine-Zirkel. “In a world where personal connection and trust is paramount, and AI challenges authenticity, social proof is essential for every ecommerce business. People rely heavily on the experiences and opinions of others when making shopping decisions, highlighting the importance of genuine customer feedback. I’m excited about the opportunity to help merchants turn happy customers into a growth catalyst for their business and increase their revenue by catapulting the effect of every single sale.”
Loox is a bootstrapped company, founded by Yoni Elbaz and Moran Benisty in 2016, with tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue. Loox helps more than 100,000 Shopify merchants, including 2,500 Shopify plus brands and is an official Google and Meta reviews partner.
