“Unistream continues to be a part of the youths lives for the rest of their life”
Oded Tal, Managing Partner Claridge Israel and Board Member & Mentor at Unistream, spoke to CTech about Unistream’s success
“One of the things we are working on at Unistream is having follow up type programs after the army or after school. It’s a 3-year program and we plant a real seed to get them very much motivated and be part of this,” said Oded Tal, Managing Partner Claridge Israel and Board Member & Mentor at Unistream, in an interview with CTech at the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ event hosted by Unistream last Wednesday.
When asked why he believes Unistream is so successful, Tal stated “I think it's (Unistream’s program) very practical and they are really trying to get stuff done. We spend a lot of time at Unistream really building programs that are very practical, really build knowledge, really build experience and I think a lot of it really has to do with the good heart of a lot of people putting in a lot of their time and feel part of this amazing organization.”
Unistream trains thousands of youth from the periphery from all sectors, and offers them a real and worthwhile opportunity to succeed in life, develop a meaningful career and integrate into the business world in the future. Together with a huge business community numbering 4,700 senior business executives, Unistream trainees establish start-up companies while still in high school, and turn an idea into a groundbreaking venture with the aim of making a difference in the world.
