Gloat appoints Itay Kinnrot as Vice President of Research and Development
Kinnrot, former VP of R&D at Peech and Kaltura, will lead the growth and innovation strategy at the company
Gloat, which develops technology for recruiting, retaining, and developing employees in organizations, has appointed Itay Kinnrot to the role of VP of Research and Development. Kinnrot, formerly of Peech and Kaltura, will lead the growth and innovation strategy to address business challenges and company expansion.
Kinnrot brings over 15 years of managerial and professional experience to Gloat. He most recently served as VP of R&D at the startup Peech, where he was responsible for developing AI technologies for automatic video editing. Prior to that, he served as VP R&D Media & Telecom at Kaltura and held management and development roles at MediaMind.
