Guidde raises $15 million to expand AI-powered training
With its new autonomous video platform, Guidde aims to reshape how organizations adopt and implement software, competing with the likes of WalkMe, recently acquired by SAP for $1.5 billion.
Guidde, a developer of AI-powered video documentation, has raised an additional $15 million in Series A funding, bringing its total funding to $30 million. The round was led by Qualcomm Ventures, with participation from existing investors Norwest Venture Partners, Entrée Capital, Honeystone Ventures, and Tiferes Ventures. The investment coincides with the launch of Guidde’s new product, Guidde Broadcast, an autonomous video platform that personalizes and automates digital adoption across enterprises.
Over the past 12 months, the company, which aims to compete with the likes of WalkMe, recently acquired by SAP for $1.5 billion, has reported a fourfold increase in revenue. Guidde’s platform currently serves more than 100,000 users across 2,000 organizations, including global brands such as American Eagle Outfitters, Carta, Siemens Energy, and Nasdaq, which rely on its autonomous platform for training and software implementation.
Guidde has developed a generative AI platform that enables any employee to create video-based training and documentation for any software or process in seconds. The company employs more than 50 people, most of whom are based in its Ramat Gan office, with about a third located in the U.S. Guidde was founded by Yoav Einav, its co-founder and CEO, and Dan Sahar, co-founder and chief product officer.
"We're entering a new era where AI doesn't just assist with video creation – it autonomously drives digital adoption," said Yoav Einav, Co-Founder and CEO of Guidde. "With Guidde Broadcast, we've built the first platform that truly understands user context and automatically delivers knowledge exactly when and where it's needed. This investment enables us to accelerate our vision of making software adoption completely seamless and intuitive for everyone."
Guidde Broadcast embeds an AI-powered video platform directly within any application. The platform's engine analyzes user behavior, role, and location to automatically generate, curate, and surface relevant video first training content, eliminating the friction between learning and doing.
