Eze Vidra: "The metaverse world attracts billions of dollars in investments”
Vidra, co-founder and managing partner at Remagine Ventures, made the remarks at a roundtable event at the Mind The Tech London conference. According to him, the metaverse is a combination of the new worlds of virtual reality, Web3, and blockchain: "Gaming is a huge opportunity for entrepreneurs and startups”
Eze Vidra, co-founder and managing partner at Remagine Ventures, hosted a roundtable discussion at the Mind The Tech London conference sponsored by Calcalist, Leumi and LabTech, with entrepreneurs from startup companies who wanted to find out a little more about the new world of metaverse, NFTs and more. "There is no company in the Fortune 500 that does not have a strategy of entering the metaverse and this is a huge opportunity for startups. One way to do this is through NFTs, for example the recent investment in Yuga Labs that valued the company at $4 billion."
Vidra introduced the VC he co-founded: "We are a fund that invests in the gaming world, metaverse, esports, and sports tech. We put the consumer in the center and where he spends his dollar. When talking about the metaverse and the new internet there are a lot of slogans in the air. Metaverse is a concept that connects all the new worlds that include virtual reality, Web3, and blockchain."
