"The most important thing for us is strong leadership. A strong CEO and founding team, but also the ability of the CEO to bring along additional strong executives to lead the company and maintain the culture of the company through the next phases of scale," said Sivan Shamri Dahan, Managing Partner, Qumra Capital, speaking on the Going Public: The Incredible Path to IPO panel as part of Tuesday's Mind the Tech NY 2021 conference.

"The second most important thing is really defining a category and having a large vision and eventually leading this category in a large market that keeps on growing," added Shamri Dahan. "And third of all is execution. Being able to demonstrate strong growth year on year but also being able to predict potential growth going forward. Having a solid pipeline. Predictability is really key in companies planning to go public."
